Our Painting Process

We offer a wide range of painting services to both our residential and commercial clients. Whether interior or exterior, our crews have the knowledge and experience to handle your painting needs. We have a detailed process with any paint service we offer to ensure complete satisfaction:

1Initial Meeting

Our expert estimators will arrive at your project at the scheduled time and introduce him or herself. Need to reschedule? No problem! Call our office at 937-813-8189 and we will work with you to schedule another time for your project estimate. All estimates are 100% FREE.

Our estimators will treat your home as if it were their own and work to make themselves available to answer any questions or concerns you may have from the time they walk into your door to the time of project completion. We pride ourselves on excellent communication, courtesy, and friendly service. In case of emergency or that your estimator is occupied with another client, our office staff are available and happy to speak with you.

After visiting your project, your estimator will put together and send your estimate via your preferred method (email, mail, or personal drop-off). Upon acceptance of your estimate, our office staff will work with your availability to schedule your project and provide you with an estimated completion date. Should any unforeseen issues or circumstances arise (changes in weather that may affect progress and/or timeliness, emergencies, project changes and/or additions, etc.), your estimator will remain in contact with you and work to resolve any issue that may come up. We’re here for you!

2Project Start and Preparation

Our crews will arrive on the scheduled day to work diligently, respectfully, and efficiently to set up your paint project. We cover any furniture and plants within the project area with plastic sheeting or tarp to prevent any paint drips or drywall dust. The crew will pressure wash exterior surfaces to clean off any existing dirt or debris. Then, they caulk, mud, sand, and/or prime to ensure a smooth paint application to your interior or exterior surfaces.

3Paint Application

Once all preparation work has been completed, the fun part begins! Our crews will apply your choice of paint to the desired surfaces. Just sit back, relax, and watch as your home or place of business comes alive!

4Walk-Throughs

During your project, our project manager will visit your project area to inspect our work for the highest possible quality. We will also check in periodically with you to assure that your concerns are properly addressed and that you’re satisfied with the progress of your project.

Upon project completion, we will walk through the project with you to check for any necessary touch-ups. We’re not happy until you are!
